You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained within this Membership Agreement and which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may become a member of JetCharterPool.com

JetCharterPool.com may amend this agreement at any time.

JetCharterPool.com is neither a charter operator nor a broker. JetCharterPool.com will coordinate the chartering of aircraft from our select group of charter operators. JetCharterPool.com will not be held liable for any acts of negligence by any charter operator used to transport our members. Flight operations are the responsibility of the individual charter operators. JetCharterPool.com is not qualified to oversee the day to day operations of our charter operators. Every aircraft in the JetCharterPool.com system operates under full FAA requirements.  All travel payments must be made in full  to the appropriate charter operator before aircraft is reserved.

JetCharterPool.com is not responsible for the behavior of any member or Add On Traveler and their guest. JetCharterPool.com has attempted to articulate basic guidelines in this agreement  for all members and their travel guests. Members must realize there may be times when traveling members or their travel guests will violate those guidelines. When this happens, JetCharterPool.com will take steps to verify the actions of the member or their travel guests, and if warranted, terminate the membership privilege of the violating member. All traveling members are responsible for the behavior of their travel guests.

JetCharterPool.com retains the right to terminate the membership privilege of any member for any reason including any violation of this agreement, providing false personal information, misuse of the website, or failure to make all necessary payments.

JetCharterPool.com retains the right to charge for posting of individual flight plans if it is determined that the member has frequently posted flight plans and then canceled these flight plans either before or after matching has occurred. Members are expected to post flight plans where there is a serious intention of traveling.

JetCharterPool.com will terminate membership for aggregating travelers, arranging for charter flights, selling empty legs, and processing flight payments with credit cards. JetCharterPool.com may, in the future, charge annual dues or a website access fee to participate, however, you are making no commitment to continue participating and paying any annual dues or website access fee.

JetCharterPool.com's approved Charter Operators will have the capability of posting, editing, or canceling their empty legs. All aircrafts that are listed by charter operators with Jet Charter Pool LLC for quotes and empty legs are FAR PART 135 Certified. Jet Charter Pool LLC does not sell or market individual seats or pre-arranged flights. Jet Charter Pool LLC (www.jetcharterpool.com) is strictly a networking portal that allows member to connect with local members to plan and share the cost of jet charter and provides quotes for the intended trip They will also be able to view the anonymous flight plans posted by our members. Each charter operator will have a user name and password and will be responsible for updating their company profile information. JetCharterPool.com retains the right to edit or cancel any Operator posted Empty Legs. Please Note ALL MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
