Trips:
JCP members can create trips and once a trip has been validated and approved by JCP customer service the trip details will be emailed to all JCP members that share the same or similar travel habits for collection of interested travelers. At this point JCP members can simply show interest and add notes such as what works best for their schedule as far as the timing on the day of the trip or request one day later or sooner. This method allows JCP members to openly communicate and get as many members possible to share the cost to lower the cost per pax. Once a date and time has been agreed upon the trip details are sent to our member charter operators for quotes. JCP Customer Service will review the quotes and based on the aircraft, number of interested JCP Members and lowest price per pax will be determined and a notification will go to all interested travelers to commit by submitting payments so the aircraft can be reserved. If not all the interested travelers commit then JCP customer service will contact all JCP members with identical and similar travel habits to bring down the over all cost. JCP members can also create private trips where JCP jet sharing services will not be available but the JCP member can manage the trip through our services.

Profile:
Where basic information is collected from JCP members such as age group, habits and image.
Travel Habits:
JCP members can create travel habits and when a trip is posted or another JCP member creates a identical travel habit a notice is sent to all members with identical travel habit.
Example: A travel habit is created fro KSFO - KLAS, All members with that travel habit will be notified that a JCP member has an identical travel habit. Travel habits are also used to identify members for trips that are created that match JCP members travel habits.
Example: If a JCP member creates a trip from KSFO to KLAS then members with that travel habit will be notified of the trip and will have to option to add themselves as an interested traveler.
Communities:
JCP members can create communities based on their travel habits. Communities can be private or open. Private communities are for invitational only and open communities are for any JCP member to join. Community members can communicate and plan trips to ensure there are sufficient members to fulfill open seats.
Friends:
JCP members can search for members and make connections (Friends) and communicate through our service. All JCP members will have a messaging service that will allow them to communicate on our portal.
Quotes:
Get Quotes directly from Charter Operators and view aircraft details with a single click. It’s simple. Trips can be private and only for your party, or you can create an open trip that will allow you to gather additional travelers to share the cost.
Trip Alerts:
Get Trips alerts based on your travel habits. When a member plans a trip that matches one of your travel habits you will receive a trip alert notice letting you know if you will be interested in sharing the cost.
Got Seats Program (GSP):
GSP program is designed for JCP members who have a quote outside Jet Charter Pool Services and would like to collect JCP travelers to share the cost. Basically you can list the trip detail, and the cost per pax. A notice is sent to JCP members that match the departure and destination airports based on the travel habits submitted. Interested JCP members can connect directly with the JCP member that posted the availability and make the necessary payment arrangements.
Environment:
By sharing the cost of jet charter you are not only saving thousands on you travel costs, you help the environment by lowering the emissions that are released into our atmosphere. Similar to carpool the more people that share a single vehicle the less you pollute.

Your membership includes Trip Alerts, Quote Requests, JCP Group Services and communication (JCP Dashboard) tools that allow you to identify members you will feel comfortable with while sharing the cost of jet charter.
