Sam has spent the last eight years in the charter industry working on ways to help charter businesses improve their bottom line by making private jet charter more cost efficient. The JCP concept was created while Sam was employed by a leading charter operator in 2001. As the years progressed and new communication methods developed Sam seized the opportunity for business travelers and those seeking an alternative to commercial travel to join a communication service which will allow them to market their travel plans and locate professionals in their area to share the cost of jet charter. In December of 2008 Jet Charter Pool LLC went live and since then JCP has seen tremendous growth and continues to improve and build on its business model. Sam holds a BA in Business Management from Menlo College in Atherton, CA and currently resides in San Mateo, CA.

William E. Linville
Vice President Sales-Operations

Bill Linville’s value proposition in Business Development and Operations is bolstered by extensive Corporate and Commercial Flight Operations experience, which he skillfully leverages while addressing the needs of his Clients and Prospects.  In addition, he is a part-time Instructor Pilot on the Boeing/MD-80 aircraft at the Pan Am International Flight Academy in Miami, Florida. Since his first instructional flight in 1989, Bill has amassed valuable flight experience in aircraft ranging from the single-engine Cessna 172 to the heavy Boeing 747-400. 

This experience is further complemented by research and analytical studies in examination of Flight Operations and Aircraft, and numerous aviation affiliations such as NBAA, AIAA, and AzAA.  Having completed under-graduate studies at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona he continues to further his academic pursuits at his alma mater with graduate coursework in Aeronautical Science.

Bill and his wife Karina reside in Buckeye, Arizona where they are raising their 3-year-old son Nicolas while serving as valued community members.
